PBIS at Spring Creek Elementary
Spring Creek uses PBIS to promote a positive school culture through encouraging students to achieve personal and academic excellence in an engaging, safe and trusting environment of shared leadership.
How We Integrate PBIS:
- PBIS points on our school wide PBIS app
- Pep Rallies
- House Hoorays
- Quarterly Panther Pride Celebrations
Students can earn House Hoorays for exhibiting positive behavior. Students can also earn PBIS points in our PBIS app. Students can earn 1-3 points if they are showing purpose, respect, integrity, dedication, and/or enthusiasm. Students can spend or save their PBIS points monthly on exciting items from our PBIS store!
PBIS is Incorporated in Our Theme: Panthers
Our school utilizes the Panther Pride Posters across school campus and in all classrooms. Every morning the PRIDE Expectations are reviewed on the school news through our Jingle!
Spring Creek Houses
Our House System was created to encourage an across grade-level, whole school collaborative community. Each student is sorted into a house of: Grit, Resilience, Perseverance, Tenacity, or Determination.
Houses can earn the Spirit Stick at our pep rallies as well as the spirit cup for earning the most points on the PBIS App!
