7:00 AM- 8:30 AM: $30.00/ Flat Rate Per Week Per Child

After School Enrichment Program

The program begins after the dismissal bell at 3:10 PM and continues until 6:00 PM.

Afternoon Fee-Based Programs: Payments are due prior to the first day of attendance each week. The extending of credit to individuals by The School District of Lee County is prohibited by Article Vll of The Florida Constitution.

  1. Tuition will be prorated on days on which there is no school (ex: holidays, professional duty days, etc.) or when we offer no afternoon services due to Early Dismissal Days.
  2. Payments for services must always be made in advance of the week-beginning services. This means that all tuition fees are due by Friday prior to the participating week. A $10 late fee will be assessed for any payments made after Friday.
  3. Three (3) late payments will result in dismissal from the program. There will be no discounts for absences in programs using the flat rate structure.
  4. Children must be picked up by 6:00 pm each day. A late fee of $1.00 for each additional minute will be charged beginning at 6:01pm. Late fees are to be paid upon arrival and in the form of payment. Three (3) late pick-ups will result in dismissal from the program.

 

How Do I Sign Up My Children for the Morning Program and/or After School Program:

Please contact the Program Director of the fee-based program at your school site.

The link below has the program guidelines and allows you to register your child(ren) online. After completing the Google Form, you will need to pay the registration fee to hold your spot in the program.

Our goal is to provide a standardized fee-based program that allows for accessibility to families at a reasonable cost.

Key Things to Know:

All Fee Based Staff Members will be trained in CPR/First Aid before working the program.

Early Dismissal Days:  

There are no fee-based programs on these days.

There are morning programs on these days.

Medication

The staff at fee based may not administer medication.

A parent/guardian must inform the Program Director of any medical condition or need as well as any change in condition or need throughout the year. Medication must be dropped off or picked up during regular school hours.
